Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.Account Management skills:
Total of 8 to 10 years of customer facing/liaison experience Good understanding of working and collaborating with Sales and Professional services organizations within NextLabsSAP Techno-Functional skills:
Total of 8 to 10 years of experience Minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Technical areas including – ABAP Programming, RICFW Developments, HANA SQL Programming, SAP Fiori Developments, OData developments Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in GRC and Security space Minimum of 5 years of experience in HANA, S/4 HANA, Fiori and oData Minimum of 1-year experience in SAP PLM Minimum of 1-year experience in SAP APO Understanding of SAP Best Practices Interfacing SAP with third party systems Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience of IT architecture in the SAP context Expertise in implementation project life cycles including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut-over and go-live support. Demonstrate leadership in general: ability to identify priorities, be decisive, ability to lead strategic topics on a global basis, convince others Experience in Cloud technologies, SaaS products in SAP ecosystemSoft skills:
Very good at communication both written and oral Ability to lead and drive customer presentations. Expertise in doing presentations to customers/business stake holders/architects. Ability to understand business requirements and mapping them to functional/technical requirements. Ability to work independently. Good at teamwork and be a natural team player and willing to work with offshore developments team in different time zone. Local to France as ability to work on-site is required.
