Responsabilities:
- Represent the EMEA Operations within R&D New Products Projects (C1 & C2)
- Manage the local EMEA New Products projects (C3) working closely with regional Correspondents (Country Planning Coordinator)
- Participate to the process of the detailed product offer supporting value creation and rationalisation
- Lead the EMEA Operations teams attached to the project (Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing …) in order to define the planning, the resources and the responsibilities necessary to the launch of the new products on the markets.
- Work closely with NPPD project managers, GLI, Market Strategy, WWPRO, IT, Marketing, local CPC to secure the implementation of the launch plan.
- Provide and broadcast data required to implement EMEA product catalogue (through the EPROM portal)
- Coordinate EMEA Supply Chain teams : system setup, sourcing, stock build, sales forecasts and distribution key definitions
- Follow the implementation of IT, Quality, Manufacturing activities needed to launch the product
- Support the product setup within the Nearshore and Offshore laboratories, from their local setup to the launch
- Commit on the Roll-out launch plan and on launch date of each different countries of EMEA region
- Communicate on project’s progress and alert the management if needed
- Assure the follow-up of the project after their launch
- Put in place tools to improve our process of New products introduction
- Bring our support to the subsidiaries in their product catalogue management
- Représenter les Opérations EMEA au sein des Projets Nouveaux Produits NPPD (C1 & C2)
- Gérer les projets locaux EMEA Nouveaux Produits (C3) en étroite collaboration avec les Correspondants des régions (Country Planning Coordinator)
- Participer au processus de définition d’une offre produit détaillée supportant à la fois création de valeur et rationalisation
- Diriger les équipes Opérations EMEA attachées au projet (Supply Chain, Qualité, Manufacturing …) afin de définir les plannings, les ressources et les responsabilités nécessaires au lancement des nouveaux produits sur les marchés.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les chefs de projets NPPD, GE, EPROM, WWPRO, IT, Marketing, CPC locaux pour garantir la bonne mise en œuvre du plan de lancement
- Fournir et diffuser les données nécessaires à la mise à jour des catalogues produits EMEA (à travers le portail EPROM)
- Coordonner les équipes EMEA Supply Chain : setup des systèmes, définition du sourcing, prévisions de ventes et définition des clefs de distribution, constitution de stock
- Suivre la mise en place des activités IT, Qualité, Manufacturing nécessaires au bon lancement du produit
- Supporter l’installation du produit dans les filiales Nearshore et Offshore, depuis leur installation locale jusqu’à la mise sur le marché.
- S’engager sur le plan de roll-out et les dates de lancement des différents pays de la Région EMEA.
- Communiquer sur l’avancement du projet et alerter le management si nécessaire
- Assurer le suivi des projets après leur lancement
- Mettre en place des outils d’amélioration de notre processus d’introduction des Nouveaux Produits
- Apporter son support aux filiales dans la gestion de leur catalogue produit
Candidate Profile:
- Master degree of Engineering or Supply chain & first experience in Project Management. as well as experience in one of these domains
- Products and Markets knowledge
- Cycle life product understanding (IT setup, Rx, Mass Prod …)
- Capacity to understand and satisfy customer needs
- Animate multi-functional teams

- Master en supply chain, diplôme d’ingénieur avec une première expérience en gestion de projet. Il est souhaité une expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans l’un de ces domaines.
