Le site de Cergy (400 personnes) fournit des services de formation et produit des systèmes de formation et d’entraînement, civils et militaires : simulateurs de pilotage et de missions pour avions, hélicoptères, véhicules, armements terrestres et énergie, pour la France et l’international.Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Work Package Manager (Responsable de lot) [Simulateurs d’avions et d’hélicoptères] (F/H)
QUI ETES-VOUS ?
Diplômé d’une formation Bac +5 en informatique ou d’un domaine connexe, vous serez responsable de la planification, de la coordination et de l'exécution des projets du groupe.
Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience de travail en tant que Work Package Manager ou dans un rôle similaire dans le domaine de l'informatique
Connaissance des méthodologies de gestion de projet, telles que Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.
Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership.
Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe.
Excellente gestion du temps et capacité à respecter les délais.
CE QUE NOUS POUVONS ACCOMPLIR ENSEMBLE
Au sein du centre de compétences Mission Critical, vous serez amené à travailler pour nos clients sur des équipements industriels à haute technicité, y compris dans le domaine de la Défense (militaire), pour le développement de systèmes pour lesquels une panne a un impact critique.
Vous prenez en charge un lot logiciel de simulation des équipements cockpit au sein d’un projet de simulateur d’avion ou d’hélicoptère militaire, soit une équipe de 5 à 10 développeurs C++. Ces simulateurs sont utilisés pour la formation des pilotes pour des avions ou des hélicoptères de combat (Rafale, Mirage 2000D, Tigre par exemple).
Les missions suivantes vous seront confiées :
Vous planifiez et coordonnez les projets de l'entreprise.
Vous élaborer des plans détaillés, y compris les tâches, les délais et les ressources nécessaires.
Vous surveillez les progrès des projets et les risques potentiels, et prenez des mesures pour les atténuer.
Vous aurez la tâche de diriger et motiver une équipe de développeurs et d'autres professionnels de l'informatique.
Vous collaborez avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour assurer le succès des projets.
Vous assurez une communication régulière et transparente sur l'avancement des projets et les éventuels obstacles.
