En tant que membre de l'équipe Stratégie et Développement Commercial, vous dirigerez la gestion des BID complexes et gérerez des projets stratégiques sélectionnés pour soutenir le développement commercial sur les marchés cibles d'Airbus Protect.

  • Gérer les BIDs BU et Cross BU complexes transnationaux, depuis l'identification précoce des opportunités jusqu'à la signature du contrat.

  • Planifier et diriger le projet d'offre et l'équipe correspondante, y compris la coordination des partenaires requis.

  • Définir la stratégie d'offre et garantir que toutes les activités internes, les examens de gate/approval et les jalons externes sont réalisés avec succès en termes de qualité et dans les délais.

  • Contribuer à l’amélioration et à la maintenance du processus Airbus Protect BID

  • Rester au courant des tendances du marché pour fournir une contribution régulière et de favoriser les activités Go-To-Market d'Airbus Protect

  • Diriger des projets stratégiques et transversaux sélectionnés pour soutenir le développement commercial sur des marchés cibles complexes

  • Gérer les projets tout au long de leur cycle de vie, du lancement à la réalisation.

  • Manager l'équipe projet avec les parties prenantes et les équipes transnationales (BUs, Portfolio Management, (K)AMs, Ventes, Marketing, Stratégie, Management)

  • Communiquer efficacement avec les clients, les parties prenantes et les équipes inter fonctionnelles internes.

Etes-vous notre futur talent ?

  • Diplômé(e) d'un Master en technologie de l'information, en administration des affaires, en haute technologie ou équivalent.

  • Minimum 3-4 ans d'expérience en gestion de BID

  • Solides connaissances en gestion de projet/programme

  • Idéalement, une expérience dans les normes et réglementations européennes en matière de Cybersécurité/Safety/Sustainability

  • Bonnes compétences en communication et en présentation, tant écrites qu'orales

  • Expérience et intérêt pour la pensée analytique et la planification

  • Prêt à voyager pour des réunions clients/partenaires/internes

  • Habitué et intéressé à travailler dans un environnement international

  • As an international company, we work in a multicultural environment: a  negotiation level in English is mandatory.

Ce poste est basé en France pour l'un de nos 4 sites (Blagnac, Elancourt, Issy les Moulineaux, Vitrolles)

As part of the Strategy & Business Development team, you will lead the BID Management of  complex BIDs and manage selected strategic projects to support the Business Development in the Airbus Protect Target Markets.

The role …

  • Manage transnational complex BU & Cross BU BIDs from early opportunity identification to contract signature.

  • Plan and lead the bid project and the bid team, including coordination of partners required. 

  • Defining the bid strategy and ensuring that all internal activities, gate/approval reviews, external milestones are successfully completed on quality and on time.

  • Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of the AP BID process

  • Stay up to date with market trends to provide regular input to foster the AP Go-To-Market activities

  • Lead selected strategic and transversal projects to support the business development in complex target markets 

  • Manage the projects along the entire lifecycle, from initiation to completion. 

  • Manage the project team with transnational stakeholders and teams (BUs, Portfolio Management, (K)AMs, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Management)

  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams.

Are you THE one ?
 

  • Educated to a degree level in Information Technology, Business Administration, High-Tech or equivalent Ideally a specialization in 

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in BID Management

  • Strong knowledge in Project/Program Management

  • Ideally experience in European Cyber Security / Safety / Sustainability Standards, Guidelines and Regulations 

  • Good communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken

  • Experience and interest in analytical thinking and planning 

  • Ready to travel for customer / partners / internal meetings 

  • Used and interested to work in an international environment

  • As an international company, we work in a multicultural environment: a  negotiation level in English is mandatory.
