Your opportunity
The position lies within the Media team and is based in the Balenciaga headquarters in Paris. As part of the Media Department, you will assist the team in implementing an international advertising strategy for digital and traditional media. You will have the opportunity to acquire in-depth knowledge of the various online and offline advertising levers and to develop your project management skills.
How you will contribute
Gather and verify technical specifications for each media plan (press, billboard, digital). Monitor the production of all advertising formats (from creation to online) for all markets, in liaison with the image department and a specialized agency. Prepare redirection links Organize all digital media files (brief, plan, reports, analyses, media kits, etc.). Prepare campaign archive reports (screenshot reports). Follow up invoices with the accounting department. Monitor trends in digital advertising (innovations, formats, etc.). Participate in meetings with various media players Optimize campaign management Coordinate fluid communication with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of information Assist with general administrative workWho you are?
Enrolled in a master’s degree, you are looking for a 6 months internship A first experience in the media or digital sector would be ideal Familiar with the spirits and codes of luxury Excel and Powerpoint master is mandatory Fluent in english Self-motivated, professional attitude, diligent and reliable team player Open-minded and solution-focused Highly organized and keen eye for detail Humble, a good listener, and pays attention to details Able to contribute to multiple projects at once and adapt quickly to changing priorities within a fast-paced environmentWhy work with us?
