Solar Project Manager
Country/Region: City: Paris Company:EDP has been in France since 2008 developing and managing wind and solar renewable energy installations. We currently have more than 600 MW of capacity under management, but we are adding every year new installations. Our installations prevent 50.000 tons of CO2 from being emitted into the atmosphere. We are also investing significantly in the energy of the future; for instance, through OceanWinds we have more than 1 GW of offshore wind projects in the pipeline, including 24 MW of floating wind, in France.

What you will do:
As the Delivery Manager, you will contribute to EDP’s Solar Distributed Generation ambition in France by ensuring good execution of new projects. Coordinate with the local partners and subcontractors for the execution of the works of decentralized solar projects and manage several projects simultaneously, after project signature.
EDP Energie France has an aggressive ambition of contracted MW in the short-term on the DG segment. EDP is already one of the largest Solar DG players in Europe, in both B2C and B2B, and is looking to consolidate this position in all of its European geographies (Portugal, Spain, Italy, Poland, France, Germany). As a project manager, you will contribute to the building of the business from the very beginning.
Integrated into our dedicated team for France, the main functions will be:
Lead the project execution of the solar power plants, managing work of the external providers in charge of the construction of the project and ensuring the respect of the contractual deadlines and technical requirements
Supervise development partners during development phase, ensure development deadlines are met, help partners overcome potential development hurdles, and identify potential for internalization of development activities Coordinate with the asset management team for the monitoring of the assets in operation and ensure the correct O&M and billing operations of the providers Support on the identification of regulatory requirements in France and update the technical specifications and offers to ensure compliance Ensure personal safety and that of third parties by complying with and enforcing regulations on occupational risk prevention Ensure EDP standards are adhered to by EPC partners and other relevant stakeholders Coordinate with sales teams to develop relevant offers, ensuring technical feasibilityEmployment type : Full-Time

What are we looking for:
University training in engineering. Electrical Specialty or equivalent preferred;
Minimum experience of 5 years in electrical projects: photovoltaic installations, preferably industrial self-consumption installations or large-scale generation installations, electrical substations, transformer substations, high, medium and low voltage power grids and lighting; Experience in leading internal of external (subcontractors) teams in the execution of technical projects; Technical knowledge to challenge and discuss solutions with external teams (subcontractors) Knowledge of the French electricity sector and current legislation on self-consumption and electrical installations Microsoft office Power User (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Onenote) Availability to travel frequently within France Knowledge of tools such as PVSyst, HelioscopeWorking proficiency in French;

Que vas tu faire:

EDP a une ambition forte de contractualisation de nouveaux projets solaires à court-terme sur le segment des énergies renouvelables. EDP est déjà l’un des plus grands acteurs solaires B2B en Europe, et cherche à consolider cette position dans toutes ses géographies européennes (Portugal, Espagne, Italie, Pologne, France, Allemagne). En tant que Solar Project Manager, vous contribuerez à toute la mise en œuvre des projets solaires.
Intégré à notre équipe dédiée pour la France, les principales fonctions seront :
Être le garant de la bonne exécution du projet de centrales solaires, en coordonnant le travail des prestataires externes chargés de la construction du projet et en veillant au respect des délais contractuels et des exigences techniques Superviser les partenaires de développement pendant la phase de développement, s'assurer que les délais de développement sont respectés, aider les partenaires à surmonter les obstacles potentiels au développement et identifier les possibilités d'internalisation des activités de développement Coordonner avec l'équipe de gestion des actifs le suivi des actifs en exploitation et veiller à ce que les opérations d'exploitation et de gestion ainsi que les opérations de facturation des fournisseurs soient correctes Aider à l'identification des exigences réglementaires en France et mettre à jour des spécificités techniques et des offres pour garantir la conformité Assurer la sécurité personnelle et celle des tiers en respectant et en faisant respecter la réglementation en matière de prévention des risques professionnels Coordonner avec les équipes de vente l'élaboration d'offres pertinentes en veillant à la faisabilité technique Veiller à ce que les partenaires de l'EPC et les autres parties prenantes respectent les normes EDPType d'emploi : Temps plein

Que cherchons-nous:
Formation universitaire en ingénierie. Spécialité électrique ou équivalent préférée;
Expérience de 5 ans minimum dans des projets électriques : installations photovoltaïques, de préférence des installations d’autoconsommation ou des installations de production à grande échelle, postes électriques, réseaux, éclairage; Expérience dans la coordination d’équipes internes ou externes (sous-traitants) pour l’exécution de projets techniques;Connaissances techniques pour échanges avec les sous-traitants;
Connaissance du secteur français de l'électricité et de la législation en vigueur sur l'autoconsommation et les installations électriques; Microsoft Office Power User (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Onenote); Connaissance d’outils tels que PVSyst, Helioscope; Disponibilité pour voyager en France; Maîtrise du françaisSeront valorisés :
Niveau d'anglais B2;
