Your Roadmap

To ensure the productionof the 1st sustainability report as of 31/12/2025 and supportdesigning the target organization for the next reporting cycle, you will beresponsible for the program management office under the authority of the Group CSRDProgram manager.

As an experienced program managementprofessional, you will be responsible in promoting project process excellencethrough design, optimization, and validation. Your role involves activelysupporting the application of complex project management methodologies and theproduction of ad hoc documentation while assisting key program stakeholders.
Yourunderstanding of the CSRD requirements and standards as well as the differentcomponents of reporting process and data collection are key to succeeding inthis role.
Your responsibilities are:

Process Excellence:
Provide real support in the application ofcomplex project management methodologies.
Produce and maintain necessarydocumentation to support key program stakeholders.

CSRD Program Execution:
Ensure projects are executed according toplan and meet quality standards.
Monitor program progress and ensurealignment with program objectives.
Diagnose organizational and project processissues to identify pain points and bottlenecks, and propose solutions forarbitration.
Measure project performance, includinguser adoption levels, and develop corrective plans when necessary.

Performance and Quality Management
Define performance metrics and KPIs forthe program.
Monitor and measure program performanceagainst these metrics.
Ensure the program delivers expectedoutcomes and benefits within defined limits and constraints.

Change Management:
Provide support and methodology to projectmanagers (HQ and countries) in executing their roadmaps.

Risk Management:
Assess and report all risks associatedwith the project process as needed.
Monitor and control risks throughout theprogram lifecycle in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation ofthe program’s progress and status.
Collect feedback from countries to improveprocesses or upgrade the program as needed.
Report regularly to senior management andother stakeholders by setting up update supports.
Ensure all program documentation isup-to-date and accessible.

About the mission
Thistemporary position (minimum of 18 months minimum) is open to internal talentswilling to experiment the group in an international dimension and willing todevelop and grow their understanding of the group. Once the assignment completed,the internal talent will return to his current responsibilities in their entityof origin.

Your destination
Forthe next 18 months, you will be joining the Group HQ to lead the structuring CSRDprogram with the support of the experts in their respective Environment, Socialand Governance domains as well as the data management and reporting processes.
