Afin de soutenir notre objectif et de faire partie d'une nouvelle transformation, nous recherchons 1 Technical Solutions Specialist (H-F) pour rejoindre notre équipe à Strasbourg. Plus que jamais, le support technique représente une part croissante de l'offre faite au client. En tant que membre de l'équipe d'assistance technique, vous aurez un impact sur nos clients en fournissant une assistance à distance dans le domaine technique et diagnostique, pour notre gamme complète de produits de laboratoire médical en Chimie Clinique et solutions d'automatisation. Vous apporterez une assistance et communiquerez avec nos clients par e-mail et par téléphone. En tant que spécialiste du support technique, vous changerez la vie des gens, vous travaillerez avec des médecins et des techniciens de laboratoire et vous aurez un impact sur la santé des personnes / des patients.

Ce que vous ferez:

Enquêter, dépanner et gérer les plaintes et les demandes de renseignements des clients sur la chimie clinique, les équipements, systèmes d’automatisation et les logiciels, conformément aux procédures internes et aux exigences des clients. Maintenir sa propre compétence technique, sa connaissance des procédures de l'entreprise et ses compétences liées aux clients. Travailler de manière autonome et en équipe. Contribuez à l'amélioration des processus. Participez aux réunions avec les affiliés.

Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir:

Diplômé en tant que technologiste de laboratoire médical ou en biomédecine ou en sciences de la vie, éventuellement avec une certaine expérience en gestion de la relation client ou dans un laboratoire médical. Diplôme d'études supérieures dans l'une des disciplines suivantes : chimie, biologie, sciences, ingénierie, génie biomédical. Des connaissances en réseaux informatiques serait un plus. Désireux de devenir un expert des nouvelles technologies. Passionné par la communication avec les gens et l'orientation client. La maîtrise du français et de l’Italien est essentielle, l'anglais est souhaitable.

More than ever, Technical Support represents an increasing part of the offer made to the customer. As a member of the Technical Support Team you will have an impact on our customers providing remote support in the technical & diagnostic area, for our full range of Clinical Laboratories medical laboratory products and automation. You will provide assistance and communicate with our customers via email and telephone.

What you'll be doing:

Investigate, troubleshoot, and manages customer chemistry, equipment and software complaints and inquiries in accordance with internal procedures and customers’ requirements. Participation to on-calls. Maintain technical self-competence, knowledge of company procedures, and customer-related skills. Work independently and as part of a team. Contribute to process improvements. Attend meetings with affiliates, on-site or via call.

​What you'll need to succeed:

Educated as medical laboratory technologist or biomedical background or in life sciences, possibly with some experience in customer relationship management or in a medical laboratory. High degree in one of the following majors - Chemistry, Biology, Science, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering. Computer networking skills would be a plus. Willing to become an expert in new technologies. Passionate about communication with people and customer focus. Fluent French and Italian are essential, English is desirable, any other language is a plus.
