Au sein de la direction Innovation Data et Digital (120 personnes, incubateur / accélérateur des projets pour tout le groupe Malakoff Humanis), vous participerez au pilotage de l’innovation et à la structuration de projets transverses (viviers des explorations IA Génératives, IA Ethique et Responsable, animation du plan de communication interne et externe, structuration des objectifs et indicateurs de résultats, …) qui permettront à Malakoff Humanis de renouveler son management de l’innovation technologique au service de nos assurés et de nos collaborateurs. 
 

Missions

Au sein du pôle tech, vous collaborerez activement aux missions suivantes : 
 

Pilotage de l'innovation :

Vous accompagnerez la mise en place de projets d'innovation et la définition de plans d'action en accord avec la stratégie globale de l'entreprise (principal framework utilisé chez MH : SAFe Lean Portfolio Management). Vous participerez à la diffusion des best practices de gestion de l’innovation au sein du pôle Tech et des différentes directions.

Amélioration continue et Project Management Office :

Vous apporterez un soutien organisationnel et méthodologique aux équipes projets. Vous veillerez au respect des délais, au suivi des risques et à la communication interne et externe relative aux projets. Vous contribuerez à l'amélioration continue de nos processus en proposant des améliorations et en participer à leur mise en place. 

Ma nagement de projets IA :

Dans le cadre des projets de l'incubateur, vous participerez à la gestion du portefeuille de projets sur les technologies génératives et les aspects éthiques de l'IA.

Vous participerez aux workshops de créativité et à la veille technologique pour alimenter le vivier et nourrir la réflexion stratégique. Vous contribuerez à la définition des objectifs, à l’instruction et à la priorisation des usecases. Vous participerez au suivi de l’avancement et aux reportings associés. 

Communication interne et externe :

Vous assisterez à l'organisation et à la communication de nos événements internes (sessions de créativité, hackathons...) et externes (participation à des conférences, séminaires...).

Vous serez amené à créer des supports de communication (présentations, newsletters, articles...). Vous aurez également un rôle actif dans la valorisation des résultats obtenus et des projets menés.
 


Ces missions vous permettront de vous impliquer de manière significative dans le management de l'innovation de l'entreprise. 

Profil recherché

Nous recherchons un profil de formation supérieure (Bac +4/5), en école de commerce, école d'ingénieurs ou à l'université, avec une spécialisation en gestion de projet, management de l'innovation ou équivalente. 


 
Compétences requises : 

Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse  Très bonne culture Tech et Innovation :

Capacités de gestion de projet  Capacités rédactionnelles et de communication, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral Français et anglais courant
