Nous sommes à la recherche de son/sa futur(e) chef de projet/publicité international

Relié(e) à un(e) directeur(rice) de clientèle, la personne est clé dans l’organisation et sera amenée à travailler avec toutes les expertises de l’agence et en lien quotidien avec les clients. 

Pour ce poste il y aura principalement les types de projets suivants : 

  • Accompagnement de grandes marques internationales dans la production et l'adaptation de campagnes en Europe, Australie et USA.

  • Accompagnement de plusieurs dans la réalisation de contenu évènementiel dans le cadre de convention

Dans les grandes lignes, vous serez en charge :

  • Accompagner les clients dans leurs besoins de création et production de contenu et de campagne de la prise brief à la livraison en passant par le suivi de création et de production.

  • Pilotage et coordination des équipes créatives et production en interne ainsi que les relais locaux.

  • Mener des réflexions sur les besoins du clients : benchmark, apporter un point de vue construit sur l’axe/le(s) message(s), identifier les opportunités d’un point de vue message/mécanique media pour nourrir la réflexion créative.

  • Participer à la prospection et aux compétitions. Conseil et proactivité dans le pilotage et la fidélisation des grands comptes de l’agence : recommandations stratégiques, créatives, veille sur les tendances digitales et social media.

  • Et bien sûr et toujours, une gestion de projet opérationnelle rigoureuse pour suivre les budgets, timeline et deadline client.

Qualifications

Pour réussir, le profil idéal coche toutes ces cases (ou presque) :

  • Très bon relationnel côté client et côté équipe créative & production

  • Bilingue Anglais obligatoire

  • Bonne connaissance des écosystèmes media, social media et du digital, quelles mécaniques pour quels objectifs ?

  • Autonomie dans la gestion client, reporting au manager.

  • Expérience de 2 à 4 ans stages compris en agence de communication  publicité/SoMe/Coordination internationale.

  • Une attention particulière au détail, à l’esthétique.

  • Anglais professionnel (langue officielle de l'équipe) et ‘cherry on the cake’ des notions d’Espagnol ou de Portugais (Pas obligatoire)
