About the Role

Lagardère Travel Retail is a global leader in the travel retail industry, serving passengers in airports, railway stations, and other concessions in 42 countries. As a Business Development Manager EMEA, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth and expansion in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop commercial relationships with potential future landlords, including airports, railway stations, and other concessionaires, to identify opportunities for concession growth and expansion.
  • Analyze existing market trends and monitor market developments to spot new opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Lead development projects, including tendering and mergers and acquisitions, to drive business growth and expansion in the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including logistics, IT, purchasing, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local partners and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion in the EMEA region.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in travel retail or international B2B business development in the service sector.
  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, teamwork, and coordination.
  • In-depth understanding of the B2B complex sales development process on mid to long term cycles to key accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English, with French a plus.
  • Ability to work in an international environment and travel extensively (approximately 25%).
