JOB PURPOSE
To be responsible for the installation and operation networks and office automation systems, providing technical support to all users in software application for the perimeter France, Monaco and Belgium.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide daily support on network infrastructure, PC (Windows and MAC) mobile devices (IOS and Android) in office and off-site locations Support software and Hardware installation Manage Backup and recovery administration (Service Now) Ensure security and anti-virus control Provide technical support and asstiance to all business projects and system developmentsKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Bachelor Degree holder
Minimum 6 years' relevant working experience
Experience in retail industry is a plus
Experience in networking infrastructure knowledge is mandatory
Experience in Cisco Meraki devices in necessary
Knowledge in ITIL standard in advance
Team player and team builder
Strong user orientation
Flexible and able to work under pressure
Frequent on site/store moves and travels needed 1 time a month
Good command of English language
