What you’ll be doing
Draft, negotiate and monitor business contracts related to BMG's music recording & publishing activities Advise the French team and BMG affiliates on copyright and related rights issues Update standard contracts and create/update legal tools Assistance in preparing and monitoring pre-litigations and litigations Participate in legal audits relating to potential acquisitions Monitor legal watch and contractual deadlinesWhat you bring
