Notre Business Group Faurecia Clarion Electronics recherche un(e)   Program and R&D Controller  pour renforcer notre équipe en Europe au sein de la Division Produits Cockpit Electronics. Ce poste estbasé dans notre Centre R&D à Paris (12ème arrondissement - ligne 14 métro Cour St Emilion).

Nous comptons sur notre site plus de collaborateurs en charge de la conception de produits électroniques innovants ainsi que des équipes en charge du développement commercial pour l'Europe et le reste du monde.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The Program Controller is responsible of financial aspects for one or several programs. He ensures the data reliability in line with process and finance program golden rules, and the optimization of the programs' profitability and cash

Ensure program controlling procedures and Golden Rules compliance Secure business plan and customer (offer & LOI) /supplier contractual offer consistency Support, under program manager authority, selected profitability improvement actions Highlight Program Cash status and provide recommandation to the management Provide and secure R&D controlling inputs Secure business plan update processes in time Provide program financial communication towards core team, management and plants involved Transfer gradually business plan cost datas source to plants from Gate 2

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level:

 Master in Finance

Professional Experience:

5-10 years of practical experience in the area of controlling/finance 

Skills and competencies:

A high affinity for IT and ideally experience in working with SAP R3  Confident and experienced in the use of MS Office, especially MS Excel  Very good knowledge English, both written and spoken  Careful, independent and structured way of working Distinct analytical skills and a high degree of goal orientation Initiative and commitment, also with regard to continuous improvement processes Strong communication skills, ability to deal with conflicts
