Job Description

Joining the Dailymotion content team means recruiting and supporting our professional partners, media, and companies looking for quality technical solutions.

Are you passionate about digital media and the world of online video publishing? Do you excel in a fast-paced environment, driving publisher success and satisfaction? We are looking for a Partner Success Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on operational excellence and strategic account management to maximize publisher performance and satisfaction on our leading video-sharing platform.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for digital video publishers, offering strategic guidance and support to enhance their presence and performance on our platform. Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with publishers, understanding their unique needs and goals to tailor support effectively. Provide end-to-end customer service, from onboarding to ongoing account optimization, ensuring publishers are fully engaged and maximizing their revenue potential. Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement, delivering actionable insights to publishers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline implementation and integration processes, ensuring a seamless experience for publishers. Educate publishers on platform features, updates, and best practices in the digital video industry to enhance their content strategy and viewership. Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to publishers in navigating the digital video landscape.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in digital media, business, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role within the digital or SaaS industry, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and account growth.  Fluent in English; proficiency in French or other languages is a plus. Strong understanding of the digital video industry, including content strategies, monetization models, and online advertising.

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Results-driven with a keen analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to drive strategic decisions. Proactive and solution-oriented, with a track record of identifying and implementing improvements to customer experience and account performance. Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools, such as Salesforce, Tableau, or Looker, is highly beneficial. Knowledge of programmatic advertising and publisher monetization strategies is desirable.
