Nous recherchons un(e) comptable client (account receivables) expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe Financière à Bratislava.
En tant qu’analyste Senior, vous serez responsable des activités liées au recouvrement et gérerez un portefeuille de vendeurs débiteurs sur le marché Français.
Rigoureux et organisé, maitrisant les outils informatiques (Word, Excel etc.), vous serez amené à faire des réconciliations AR/AP complexes.
Sens de l’organisation et de la priorisation sont des prérequis pour ce rôle.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Collector to join our Finance Operations team. As a Senior Collector, you will be responsible for collection activities on a portfolio of accounts in accounts payable debit balance position for our French-market vendors. You will also be expected to have strong detail orientation related to complex account reconciliation tasks.

Key job responsibilities
Vos missions:
- Gestion d’un portefeuille de comptes débiteurs, recouvrement des factures (mail/téléphone) pour nos vendors FR marketplace.
- Gestion des litiges clients et des rappels.
- Gestion du compte et coordination inter-équipe au sein d’un environnement international
- Réconciliation comptable complexe de comptes clients
- Communication des états de comptes de manière régulière au Leadership, incluant la création et gestion de différents rapports (xls), tableaux de bord etc
- Identifier et adresser au Leadership les problèmes opérationnels et mettre en œuvre l’amélioration des processus internes
- Gestion de projets relatifs au domaine d’expertise (Debit Balance collection)

Key job responsibilities
- Independently engage and collect on a portfolio of accounts in account payable debit balance position for French-speaking vendors
- Drive escalations when necessary to ensure timely collections
- Coordinate with supporting teams around the world to ensure efficient and effective collections
- Perform account reconciliations for assigned portfolio of accounts
- Provide regular status updates and reports to management
- Identify process or procedure improvements and submit recommendations to management
- Manage small to medium-sized projects related to collections or process improvements
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications requises:
- Expérience en recouvrement et réconciliation de comptes
- Maitrise du Français et de l’Anglais professionnel (oral et écrit)
- Excellent sens de la/aptitudes de communication et capacité de travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et multiethnique, dans le respect de la diversité
- Excellente qualités relationnelles et esprit d’équipe
- Sens pratique et flexibilité en matière de gestion des changements, de négociation et d'influence.
- Gestion proactive de situations complexes
- Solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et d'analyse. Vous êtes capable d'analyser les indicateurs clés relatifs a là facturation, d'identifier les causes des problèmes et d'élaborer en conséquence des plans à court, moyen et long terme
Basic qualifications
- Experience in collections and account reconciliation
- Fluent in French and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive process or procedure improvements
- Fast learner with ability to adapt to changing environments
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications souhaitées:
- Une excellente maîtrise de MS Office (Outlook, Excel) et du système Oracle serait un plus
- Une expérience en gestion de projets serait un plus
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Oracle usage
- Experience with small-scale project management
