Une expertise mutli-clouds (Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, Einstein Analytics …) reconnue tant sur les aspects techniques que fonctionnels

En qualité de Tech Lead, vous allez contribuer au rayonnement de notre expertise chez :

  • Nos collaborateurs : accompagner nos consultants lors de leur montée en compétence sur la plateforme Salesforce (Lightning Component, Code, Architecture)
  • Nos clients : en tant que Technical Architect sur des projets de transformation SI
  • Nos partenaires : relation éditeur et image de marque employeur/intégrateur.

Les missions :

  • Prendre part aux travaux de conception de la plateforme
  • Être le garant de la bonne évolution des développements et intervenir dans la définition des choix techniques et méthodologiques
  • Intervenir dans la réalisation de développements complexes
  • Mener à bien l’intégration des développements dans la chaine de fabrication et de déploiement dans la phase de mise en production.
  • Accompagner nos consultants dans le développement de leur compétences techniques.
  • Être le point de contact technique et mettre en œuvre des bonnes pratiques.
  • S’assurer de la qualité du travail fourni par les consultants et assurer une veille technologique
  • Promouvoir la marque Talan sur notre expertise Salesforce

Qualifications

‍♂️Ce poste est fait pour vous si :

Vous avez une expérience préalable en tant que Responsable ou Expert technique Salesforce.

Baignant dans cet écosystème depuis plusieurs années, vous savez mettre à profit votre réputation pour faire valoir l’excellence de votre savoir-faire.

Vous aimez le travail en équipe et vos qualités relationnelles sont reconnues pour accompagner une équipe de consultants.

Curieux, vous êtes force de proposition afin de proposer des axes d’améliorations.
