Objectives
Define and roll-out the industrial planning processes (SIOP, MPS). Manage the escalation process and routines linked to SIOP at site and region level. Contribute to the good balance between resilience and accuracy of the end to end view Supply Chain. Provide a support to the sites where production planning is an issue (ramp-up, new product mix, Production Performance and Manufacturing Throughput low performance). Provide a feed back on processes and tools to ensure continuous improvement. Reinforce the community of planners to increase the level of maturity of the organizationResponsibilities
Update and improve the SIOP process regularly. Support and the Global Planning Directors on site on all kind of planning topics as well as planning governance issues. Monitor the site actions to ensure and provide regular support. Contribution can involve planning technique, planning routines/governance, tools, decision making process.Educational Requirements
Graduated from university or engineering school (Master’s degree)Desired Knowledge / Experience
Experience in project planning and manufacturing planning. Past experience on site.You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
