We’re looking for a Claims Specialist (f/m/d) to join us on a temporary 6-month journey You’ll be our customers’ first point of contact in resolving claims, helping shape the future of mobility solutions.

Your Tasks:

Be the first point of contact for customer claims, managing and resolving them within set limits. Investigate, manage, and process claims according to internal guidelines. Handle personal injury and material damage claims, including liability and compensation assessments. Provide active support to claimants via email, phone, and other channels. Negotiate with repair shops, legal authorities, and other relevant parties. Interface with Free2Move locations, external experts, law firms, and insurance companies. Prepare accident compensation statements and handle complaint assessments.

Your Profile:

Commercial or technical education (insurance, service, or vehicle-related industries preferred) or equivalent work experience. Excellent Italian and strong English communication skills (written and spoken). 1+ year of experience in a similar role. Familiarity with claims handling, compensation payments, and related jurisdiction; basic understanding of vehicle damage is a plus. Ability to work independently with high standards, while thriving in a team environment. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
