Are you ready to take your HR expertise to the next level? Join us in the heart of Paris Branch as an effective and strategic HR Business Partner Operations, supporting HR activities across all divisions. Your role will encompass local analyses, evaluation, and actionable recommendations within the framework of Global Function Lead HR. You'll play a pivotal role as the main point of contact with our payroll provider, ensuring smooth payroll processing and accounting duties. Your mission: to elevate our HR role and ensure payroll excellence
Provide expert HR advice to management and staff, ensuring best practices are followed. Apply legal, audit, security, and regulatory standards to our processes. Supervise local payroll data quality and mandatory declarations, leading role in Audits. Implementing new HR system Employee Central and new Global Payroll Provider, cooperating with global project team Manage HR systems to meet our evolving needs and maintain vendor relationships. Contribute to the development of HR Advisory support to the business by incorporating HR best practice and to ensure consistency of approach to HR delivery.Formal Education :
Degree essential; Postgraduate qualification in HR management preferable.
Professional experience :
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar HR role. Proven expertise as a Payroll Specialist. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR Systems.Further Qualifications
Very good knowledge of French labor law. Experience with payroll processing and HR systems (EC, SAP)Language Skills :
