Au sein de la Direction du Service Clients (DSC) de la Direction Générale des Avions Civils, vous intégrez le Département Relation Clients de la Direction du Service Clients Falcon, vous êtes l'interlocuteur du client. Vous l'accompagnez du jour de la livraison de l'avion au retrait de service, neuf ou d'occasion, afin de satisfaire au quotidien et par anticipation ses demandes et ses besoins.

Vous assurerez les missions suivantes :
- Aider à la mise en œuvre et à l'exploitation de l'avion, en assurant un support technique, documentaire et commercial,
- Coordonner les actions des différents acteurs impliqués,
- Créer avec vos clients un lien de communication personnalisé et pérenne, par des visites et réunions régulières, des réponses rapides et pertinentes à ses questions, 24h/24 et vous réglez les litiges commerciaux,

- Par des rapports réguliers, vous faites bénéficier Dassault d'un retour d'expérience, vous renseignez les bases de données et vous vous tenez informé(e) de la concurrence et des marchés potentiels.

Vous serez amené(e) à assurer des permanences et/ou des astreintes de week-end, les jours fériés et les jours RTT collectives.


Vous avez une grande disponibilité pour des déplacements.

De formation BAC, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 5 années minimum en aéronautique et plus spécifiquement en maintenance d'avion et ou support technique d'avion.

Vous possédez une bonne connaissance technique de l'avion, idéalement des Falcon.

Vous avez un niveau d'anglais courant.

Vous savez vous adapter aux nouvelles technologies.

Vous êtes dynamique, innovant et à l'aise en négociation.

Passionné d'aviation, vos qualités relationnelles et votre sens du service font de vous un candidat idéal (F/H).
