As a Head of Restaurant and Grocery you will be in charge of building, executing and measuring performance of the Marketing Plans for Deliveroo’s Restaurant & Grocery. You will manage a team of 5 direct reports. You will report directly to the French Marketing Director and will be part of the middle management Marketing Team. 

You will be based in our main offices in Paris.

What you'll do:

You will be in charge of the Consumer marketing plan for the restaurant part of the business which includes all the National Restaurant brands and Fast Food Brands.You will be in charge of the Consumer marketing plan for the Grocery part of the business which includes the major French retail brands as well as all the “commerce de bouche” stores. You will be accountable for your Marketing budget and all governance associated with it. As a head of the Restaurant and Grocery marketing team you will be working closely with your peers to build together a consolidated strong Marketing plan and you will meet all the requirements of thgovernance.You will be leading a team of 5 people and be accountable to deliver operational excellence in execution of the plan as well as developing your team and make them grow You will work closely with Central Team in order to deliver your plan, be always on top of the business new features and updatesYou will work hand in hand with the Commercial Team on both Restaurant and Grder to deliver targets.You will be leading Key initiatives that require multi-team alignment in both French and Central Teams.

What do you need to bring to the table?

You have 8-10 years experience in Marketing Consumer, restaurant and retail background would be a stronYou have strong management skills - direct management (small team of ⅗ people at least) and functional management You are very organized, nimble, data oriented and at ease in a fast changing environment. You have very strong analytical skillsStrategic thinking, you are able to have vision and be the driver of your team and other around youComfortable managing projects simultaneously and know the levers to pull to find solutions and ensure deadlines are metYou must be a team player and know how to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to strive for successExcellent written English and French
