Concrètement vous serez amené(e) à :
Participer à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie RH pour les fonctions supports globales Participer au suivi des campagnes annuelles : gestion de la performance, entretiens de développement mi-année, people reviews Participer à l'analyse des données et mesurer l'efficacité des programmes RH Contribuer à la conception et mise en place de politiques et de procédures RH pour les fonctions supports Participer à des projets RH d'envergure internationaleProfil :
Diplôme de niveau Bac +5 en Commerce obtenu dans une Grande Ecole ou une Université. Maîtrise de l'anglais (langue de travail). Compétences analytiques solides. Grande attention aux détails. Sens de l'organisation très développé. Proactivité, autonomie et curiosité. Excellente maîtrise des outils bureautiques (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).Durée souhaitée : 1 à 2 ans
