Missions


Our
Group HR Information Systems is looking for an
Apprentice - Project Manager HRIS Group & HR Controlling Manager (M/F) for its headquarters, in
Nanterre, France.


Working closely with Group Payroll Director on one hand and the Group HR Controlling Manager, you will take part in projects of structuring and modernizing the HRIS in an international context.

In this context, projects of evolution of the existing tools are in progress, contributions are therefore expected in these projects:

Support to "Success Factor" projects:

The applicant will assist the Project Manager on group projects:

  • Participation to the deployment of Employee Central's module of Success Factor for new entities, mainly the new Hella Company employees):
  • Participation to the design workshops for the new tools,
  • Coordinate test activities,
  • Participation to the Go-Live and activities postdeployment
  • Help to formalize change management Strategy
  • Change Management (User guide, Training)
  • Support to Success Factor tool for the current employees in 40 countries, linked to Payroll systems
  • Participation in the deployment of new HR / Payroll solutions in the countries of the group
  • Participation to the deployment of Global View in some countries
  • Participation to the integration of new countries in Employee Central's module of Success Factor
  • Participation to the New Interface Success Factor HR tool to the Metis HR Controlling tool


Bac +4/+5 degree, you are from a business school, engineering or a university degree, with an IT or HR specialization.


Beginner or already have a first experience in the field of HR / HRIS, you have a real motivation to participate in evolution of HRIS projects and to do data analysis in an international context.

Interested by HR Information System, you have the following skills:

  • Fluent in English
  • Good skills in MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good oral and written expression
  • A real interest for numbers and analysis
  • Autonomous, rigor and precision and adaptability
  • A first experience in HRIS would be an advantage
  • Starting date_: August/September 2023
