Job Description
You are a team builder and support all leaders and colleagues within the hotel under your responsibility, ensuring company policies, and standards are followed, colleague engagement is high and financial goals are met. You will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, initiatives, activities, and staff of the Talent & Culture department, ensuring legal and labour compliance and implementation of the mission and talent strategy.
You are self-motivated, take ownership of driving your own performance and thrive on being trusted in how you do your job as an expert in what you do best, while also having the appetite to learn how to do new things. You work brilliantly with colleagues across the hotel to ensure we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable colleague and guest experience.

Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Minimum 2 years experience in a senior HR role required. Experience running talent development programs in a highly operational environment. Collaborative style, pragmatic and willing to work in close partnership with operational colleagues. Confident presenter and skilled facilitator. University/College degree in a related discipline preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Highly responsible and reliable. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.Additional Information
