To deliver, we need to ensure that we invest into a right direction, and consistent with Group Strategy.
As part of the Group COO organization, the key mission of the Strategic Program team is to (i) ensure the alignment of the global Project Portfolio with the Group Strategy and to enable successful execution of investments and (ii) coordinate and contribute to COO/CIO dialogue cycle.
Our activity is organized around 3 areas:
1) IT StratPlan / Strategic allocation of Investments:
·Coordinate and lead the yearly Group review of entities’ and corporate center’s project portfolios:
·Review the strategic allocation of investments within entities’ project portfolios on both the coming year (n+1) and the mid mid-term (3 -year) investment trajectory to ensure the alignment with the Group strategic prioritie
·Provide a consolidated analysis at the AXA global level
·Coordinate the IT Stratplan process and review IT spend at local and Group level and notably:
·Understand IT financial level, trajectory and their main drivers
·Ensure consistency between IT financial trajectory and Tech & Data local and Group strategy
·Identify main tendencies and best practices across the Group
2) COO/CIO Dialogues:
·Organize and coordinate the annual AXA Group COO/CIO seminar
·Organize and coordinate the COO/CIO dialogues with main AXA Entities, including alignment between different stakeholders (Tech, Data, Security, Finance, Ops), briefings and follow-up
3) Strategic Program Committee (SPC) :
·Select within investment portfolio review strategic programs to be under Group governance (SPC)
·For selected programs, coordinate the process for strategic rationale review and validation at Management Committee level
·For validated programs in previous step, assess execution readiness for the whole program or specific tranches when applicable through business case review and execution aspects of selected strategic programs to prepare the implementation decision to be taken by SPC
·Update – for programs validated for execution, review the implementation and performance of strategic programs through regular inputs on health and execution status, including regular update to the MC and follow up on decision
·Perform ad hoc health checks/deep dives of programs to ensure best possible answer to the business objectives and the best possible set up for the execution
Main activities:
The SPM officer will focus on the following activities to support the IT Stratplan lead :
·Analyze thoroughly IT Spend data (in correlation with operational KPIs) and Investment portfolios to identify trends, challenges and opportunities
·Report main quantitative and qualitative highlights in preparation of executive governances (IT Stratplan clearance meeting, COO-CIO dialogues)
·Support pre-identification of programs eligible to SPC governance
·Prepare & communicate IT Stratplan guidelines
·Consolidate entities submissions: consolidation checks, preparation of clearance meetings presentation decks
·As Business product owner of the Anaplan reporting platform, coordinate the ongoing maintenance of the tool and identify potential needs for evolutions

Your Profile
We are looking for highly motivated senior professionals with strong analytical skills. Candidates should be able to work in a complex and international environment, full of new challenges and requiring leadership. The candidates should also prove a very meticulous/structured mindset, capacity to work within a team as well as a capacity to federate towards a common goal.
Experience:
·Proven experience (minimum 8-10 years) and track record in the insurance industry, preferably within large multinational companies
·Experience in business/financial analysis
·Experience of working in an international environment, requiring to deal with numerous stakeholders at group/holding level and local/subsidiary level
·Education: master degree (business or engineering) or MBA
