Amundi Technology est une entité dAmundi qui concentre les activités de vente et développement des solutions technologiques à destination de lindustrie de lépargne et de la gestion dactifs. Amundi Technology sinscrit dans la continuité de vente des solutions technologiques initiée depuis 2016 et les 4 offres majeures sont : ALTO Investment (outil de gestion de portefeuille), ALTO Wealth & Distribution (solution de gestion sous mandat et dadvisory), ALTO ESR (Solution dEpargne Salariale et Retraites), ALTO Sustainability, ALTO Asset Servicing.

Au sein dAmundi Technology, le département Risques et Conformité est composée de 3 collaborateurs. Il est rattaché au COO office dAmundi Technology, auquel il reporte. Il regroupe les métiers de Risks Officer et de Compliance Officer pour Amundi Technology, notamment en pilotant et coordonnant les enjeux de risques, liés à la commercialisation de loffre ALTO à destination de clients externes, en France ou à létranger (UK et Chine notamment). Le département travaille pour cela en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles de lensemble des pays concernées et avec les fonctions de contrôles dAmundi Asset Management.

Dans ce contexte, vos principales missions à mener seront :

 - Gérer les campagnes de contrôles permanents sur les thématiques risques opérationnels et conformité

Accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans leur relation avec le département d'audit interne

Assurer une fluidité des échanges durant les missions d'audit Piloter la clôture des recommandations d'audit Construire les reporting sur le suivi des missions et des recommandations d'audit pour la direction

- Piloter la gestion des cartographies des risques pour AMT et ses implantations internationales (UK et Chine dans un premier temps)

Mettre en œuvre les cartographies des risques adéquates (création, mise à jour, ) Mettre en œuvre les contrôles afférents Réaliser / centraliser la réalisation des contrôles pour AMT et ses implantations internationales Reporter les mises à jour à la direction et aux équipes de contrôles interne groupe

- Assurer un suivi adéquat des opérations d'AMT au niveau conformité et risques opérationnels

Veilles réglementaires Applications et mise à jour des procédures internes Formalisation des comités nécessaires

- Participer à la construction d'indicateurs globaux de suivi concernant les points clés du périmètre
