Vos missions
  • Piloter l’équipe produit pour comprendre les besoins utilisateurs et proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Mettre en place des processus efficaces en prenant en compte les contraintes des équipes tech, growth, et support.
  • Manager une équipe multidisciplinaire (3 PMs, 3 UX/UI designers, 2 QAs).
  • Jouer un rôle de coach pour motiver et améliorer les performances de l’équipe.
Vos compétences
  • Expérience : Minimum trois ans en tant que Head of Product ou dans un rôle similaire.
  • Leadership : Capacité démontrée à motiver et gérer une équipe multidisciplinaire.
  • Organisation : Compétence en gestion de projets et en mise en place de processus opérationnels.
  • Communication : Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles pour faciliter la collaboration entre les équipes.
  • Vision Produit : Forte orientation utilisateur avec la capacité de concilier les besoins utilisateurs et les objectifs business.
  • Adaptabilité : Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et à s’adapter rapidement aux changements.
