Au sein de l’équipe Ressources Humaines, composée de 10 personnes à Paris et à Lyon, et rattachée à la DRH, vous interviendrez sur les sujets suivants.
HR Business Partner :
Après une période de formation, un périmètre de plusieurs Business Units vous sera confié, sur lequel vous serez responsable des missions suivantes en toute autonomie :
Intégration et suivi RH des salariés : onboarding, suivi de période d'essai, entretiens professionnels, entretiens de offboarding etc.
Accompagnement des responsables opérationnels dans leurs problématiques RH
Accompagnement des collaborateurs dans leurs parcours et leurs questions RH au quotidien, si besoin mise en place de plans d’actions RH. Réalisation des contrats de travail et avenants, déclaration des accidents du travail etc.
Gestion de projets RH, participation à des actions de communication interne ou externe
Performance Appraisal
En binôme avec une Payroll Specialist, vous préparerez les 2 sessions de campagnes d'évaluations annuelles (mars et septembre) : réalisation des supports de communication auprès des collaborateurs et des opérationnels, formation, paramétrage du SIRH, préparation des comités carrière, recueil des éléments salariaux, calcul, relation avec la paie, etc.
Vous participerez également aux comités carrière.
HR Analytics
- Participation à la réalisation d'un reporting mensuel auprès de la Direction sur des indicateurs RH en préparation des Excom (évolution des effectifs, attrition, etc)
Etudes et analyses : mise à jour de documents légaux dans le cadre du CSE (exemple BDESE), égalité professionnelle, formation en alternance, coûts des projets RH, absentéisme, masse salariale, etc.
- Automatisation et optimisation de tableaux Excel dans une logique d'amélioration continue du service

Qualifications
Formation type Bac +5 en Management et/ou Ressources Humaines
Maîtrise de Powerpoint et Excel (formules, pivots, macros, etc.), goût pour les chiffres
Dynamique et rigoureux(se), vous savez vous adapter rapidement à un nouvel environnement et êtes force de proposition
Vous êtes capable de travailler en équipe et d'identifier les priorités
Anglais courant, à l'écrit comme à l'oral
