The Job
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, manage calendars, and ensure all parties are informed of upcoming commitments.
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing invoices, preparing proposals and agreements based on templates, and maintaining meticulous records.
- Facilitate internal and external communication, including managing emails, calls, and messages including via platforms like WhatsApp.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tasks, and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Maintain and organize digital files, ensuring proper file hygiene and accessibility in systems like Google Drive.
- Support daily operational tasks of the CEO, helping to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
The Profile
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with office management systems like QuickBooks, Asana, Pipedrive, and CRM platforms.
- Proficient in using scheduling and communication tools such as Zoom and Google Calendar.
- Excellent command of the English language, with superior writing and reading skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in handling confidential information and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in administrative roles, ideally supporting senior management or in a similar business setting.
