En qualité d'Assistant(e) Account Manager en stage, tu auras un rôle clé au cœur de notre activité e-commerce au sein de la Marketplace.
Voici tes principales missions :
· Gérer la relation avec nos vendeurs partenaires :
o Être à l’écoute de nos partenaires et adopter une posture de conseil et d’accompagnement auprès d’eux de manière à leur faire adopter les bonnes pratiques
o Être l’intermédiaire avec notre service client et nos marques partenaires, en cas de nécessité, dans la résolution de certains litiges clients
· Analyser les performances commerciales :
o Analyser l’activité de catégories produits et des marchands en définissant et en suivant des indicateurs de performance. Elaboration et suivi des plans d’actions adéquats pour maximiser les performances.
o Reporting régulier sur les indicateurs business des vendeurs
· Suivi qualité des marchands :
o Veiller à la performance qualitative des marchands via un contrôle quotidien et permanent des marchands sur la base de critères fixés en amont (satisfaction client, taux d’incident, qualité de la relation client …)
o Veiller à la bonne complétude et qualité des fiches produits sur les familles prioritaires
o Sélectionner et mettre à jour les catalogues des marchands pour avoir les meilleurs produits tendances
o Elaborer et suivre un reporting hebdomadaire sur les indicateurs de qualité
· Animation commerciale :
o Assurer le suivi des relances des marques sur leur participation aux opérations commerciales destinées à booster leur activité
o Aider et assister les marques sur le paramétrage de leurs offres sur Mirakl
o Veiller à la compétitivité prix au quotidien des offres
o Réaliser les REX et les reporting des opérations commerciales
Profil recherché :
Actuellement en formation niveau Bac +4/+5, école de commerce ou d’ingénieur de premier plan, ou équivalent universitaire.
Vous avez une 1ère expérience réussie dans le e-commerce ou dans un environnement avec un fort aspect commercial.
Une connaissance du milieu marketplace sera un plus.
Doté d’un bon relationnel, d’un esprit d’analyse, vous êtes force de proposition et capable de travailler sur des projets transverses et multiples.
Une appétence pour l’univers de la déco est un réel plus.
