Within the "Software Factory" department, you will join the "Methods & Performance, Observability & Supervision" unit, responsible for observability tools.
Your mission :
As an Observability Engineer, you are responsible for adhering to best practices and ensuring optimization and operational maintenance of both on-premise and cloud platforms of Splunk and Dynatrace :
Provide expertise, support, and training to users to promote observability best practices and maximize the value of our tools. Collaborate with user teams to integrate data and deploy configurations. Propose alternative or complementary solutions to enhance overall observability capabilities of the IT environment. Efficiently troubleshoot issues with Splunk and Dynatrace platforms. Develop efficient additional modules for observability purposes. Provide support and effectively guide users on observability practices.Qualifications
And you ? :
You hold a degree from an engineering school or equivalent and have a minimum of 3 years of experience with Splunk or Dynatrace tools.
You are highly proficient in English.
Hard Skills:
Mastery of observability tools: SPLUNK and/or DYNATRACE. Good command of the Linux system (on-premise platform management) for On-Premise environments. Sound knowledge of AWS cloud.An added advantage:
Dynatrace Certification Splunk CertificationAlternatively, familiarity with alternative solutions to Splunk and Dynatrace: ELK, etc.
