Your Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the manager/PO to develop the product and service roadmap. Gather requirements, mediate, and propose technical solutions to stakeholders. Estimate workload and budget for new features. Ensure the technical architecture of observability solutions in partnership with the team, adhering to best practices. Guide and enforce best practices (automation, code reviews, etc.) among team members. Foster skill development among team members through mentoring. Identify and resolve technical challenges. Continuously propose enhancements for technical solutions. Stay informed on technological advancements and leverage opportunities for technical stack evolution.Your Team's Mission:
Manage team activities (3 observability engineers) based in France and Bangkok using Agile methodologies. Ensure compliance with best practices regarding observability. Recommend tools and practices evolution and lead the implementation of observability strategies. Maintain operational platforms Splunk & Dynatrace (both on-premise and cloud). Provide user support and communicate best practices. Assist projects in integrating their data/applications. Ensure adherence to PCIDSS compliance regulations. Interface observability tools with group tools (ITSM, supervision, software factory, etc.). QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For:
Degree from an engineering school or equivalent. At least 10 years of experience, including 5 years as an observability engineer or technical lead. Proficiency in observability tools. Strong knowledge of Linux systems (on-premise platform management) for On-Premise environments. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Fluent in English.Required Skills:
Certifications in Splunk & Dynatrace. Experience with Splunk, Cribl, Dynatrace, etc. Knowledge of Cloud platforms AWS/Azure. Experience with DevOps tools (Gitlab-CI, Ansible, Terraform). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.Desired Soft Skills:
Ability to work cross-functionally on complex issues with various teams. Capacity to collaborate with a team located in France and Bangkok (daily use of English). Aptitude for communicating with diverse stakeholders from different cultures and levels in English. Strong pedagogical skills. Proactive mindset.Accor's Commitment:
