We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead - Observability Engineer to join our team at Accor Tech & Digital. As a key member of our observability team, you will be responsible for making technical decisions and providing a technological vision for our assigned area.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to constructing the product and service roadmap with the manager/PO.
- Gather requirements, arbitrate, and propose technical solutions to stakeholders.
- Estimate workload and budget for new functionalities.
- Ensure the technical architecture of observability solutions in collaboration with the team, following recommendations.
- Guide, deliver, and enforce best practices (automation, code review, etc.) among team members.
- Facilitate skill development among team members through mentoring.
- Identify and remove technical impediments.
- Continuously suggest improvements for technical solutions.
- Keep updated on technological advancements and leverage opportunities for technical stack evolution.
You will work closely with the entire department to promote automation and integrate your activities into the Software Factory. Our team is responsible for ensuring adherence to best practices regarding observability, suggesting tools and practices evolution, and leading observability strategy implementation.
Requirements- Graduated from an engineering school or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, including 5 years as an observability engineer or tech lead.
- Mastery of observability tools.
- Proficient in Linux system (on-premise platform management) for On-Premise environments.
- Agile methodologies.
- Fluent in English.
