Afin d'accompagner notre développement, nous recrutons un(e) Contract manager pour travailler avec l’un de nos clients dans le secteur du naval à Toulon.
Vos missions principales seront les suivantes:
Rédiger et négocier les contrats : Établir, rédiger et négocier les propositions contractuelles et les offres commerciales en collaboration avec le/la responsable de projet.
Suivi et gestion des contrats : Assurer la gestion opérationnelle et administrative des contrats, en veillant à leur conformité avec les engagements contractuels et la réglementation en vigueur.
Cartographie et gestion des risques : Identifier et cartographier les différents types de risques liés au projet, garantir la cohérence et l’équilibre des contrats, et gérer les risques et opportunités associés.
Communication et coordination : Assurer la communication et la coordination entre toutes les parties prenantes, optimisant leur participation grâce aux méthodes agiles.
Pilotage des négociations : Piloter les négociations entre le/la responsable de projet et les parties prenantes, de l’élaboration de la proposition commerciale à la clôture, y compris la résolution de conflits.
Qualifications
- Formation supérieure de niveau Bac+5 (diplôme d’école d’ingénieur, d’école de commerce) ou équivalent
- Connaissances juridiques
- Maîtrise des outils technologiques (logiciels bureautiques, logiciels métier)
- Excellentes connaissances transversales dans plusieurs secteurs et domaines
- Solides capacités rédactionnelles ; excellent sens du relationnel et de la négociation
- Maîtrise de l’anglais
