Ipsos is a leading market research company and Synthesio is its awarded Social Intelligence platform, which allows marketing teams to make decisions based on consumer data.

Our technologies centralize billions of consumer data from various providers, including social networks, press articles, forums, search data, and offer advanced analysis thanks to our cutting-edge AI models.

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who will work under the mentoring of a Senior Product Manager, and in collaboration with multi-skilled engineers. As a fully integrated member of the product department, you will participate in redefining market research thanks to AI technologies. You will ensure the product squad is delivering impacting features: track milestone activity, document process workflow, and highlight potential risks to schedule.

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be fully embedded in an agile product squad and assist a Senior Product Manager in the three phases of the Product Management lifecycle:

Discovery: you will assist a product manager in designing new product/feature to be integrated in Synthesio. Deliver: you will organize the development sprints by writing and grooming development tickets and participating in squad ceremonies (DSU, planning, retrospective). Go-to-market: in collaboration with the sales activation team, you will organize training and prepare materials to ensure the enablement of stakeholders, ops, CSM, sales and users.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills with technical understanding. Must have an unshakable attention to detail. Ability to understand tech trends, see how they impact the roadmap, and envision how they could drive innovation. Some degree of familiarity with agile methodology (scrum) and data-informed product development.
