Missions proposées :
L’activité Planning est primordiale aux grands projets d’ingénierie réalisés par Technip Energies. Au cours des années, l’équipe en charge de cette activité a ainsi accumulé une importante documentation correspondant à la réalisation de très nombreux projets.
L’équipe Planning souhaiterait désormais rendre cette documentation plus accessible et exploitable en améliorant l’archivage et le catalogage des données.
Nous recherchons un ou une stagiaire en gestion de de la documentation pour aider à la réorganisation des fichiers, des outils et des contenus des archives numériques du département Planning.
De manière pratique, le ou la stagiaire sera amené(e) à :
Travailler avec les membres du département Planning pour comprendre les besoins en matière de gestion de l'information numérique, Évaluer l'état actuel des archives numériques et identifier les domaines qui nécessitent une réorganisation, Proposer une nouvelle arborescence pour les fichiers et les dossiers en collaboration avec les utilisateurs, Mettre en place un plan de reclassement des documents existants dans la nouvelle arborescence, Développer des procédures pour la gestion des nouveaux documents entrants dans les archives numériques, Former les utilisateurs à la nouvelle arborescence et aux procédures de gestion de l'information numérique.Profil recherché :
Le profil idéal pour ce stage réunit les caractéristiques suivantes.
Étudiant en gestion de l'information numérique, en archivistique ou dans un domaine connexe, Qualités de communication, à l’oral et à l’écrit, en Français et en Anglais, Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, Expérience avec les systèmes de gestion de contenu et les outils de gestion de l'information numérique est un plus.Rejoignez-nous
