La flotte sous pavillon français est composée de 14 navires de petite capacité, dotée d’équipements environnementaux dernière génération. MissionEn tant que Vessel Manager H/F vous serez le/la responsable in fine de l’armement des navires confiés en fonction des exigences liées à l’exploitation, des Company policies, des réglementations maritimes.
Vous principales missions seront les suivantes :
Assurer la gestion de l’équipage d’un ou plusieurs navires de la flotte dans le respect des critères de performance fixés de manière à répondre aux standards élevés imposés par la compagnie en termes de budget, de sécurité, qualité de service aux passagers, mais aussi de respect de l’environnement.
Être le garant(e) du maintien de la conformité réglementaire des équipages pour les navires à la charge avec l’appui contractuel auprès des agences de manning.
Assurer la gestion des aléas et des urgences en lien avec le siège de la compagnie, les navires à la charge et les agences de manning.
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue et à la performance de l’activité Armement.
Être en lien permanent avec les commandants, les chefs mécaniciens, les hôtel manager, le chef d’expédition et les seconds capitaines embarqués des navires dont il a la responsabilité.
Être l'interlocuteur(trice) central entre le siège, le bord et l’agent portuaire.
De Formation Bac +3/5, vous avez une bonne connaissance du milieu maritime, de la gestion des navigants et ses exigences réglementaires (ISM, MLC, STCW, ILO).
Vous maîtrisez la gestion des coûts et des budgets.
Vous savez fédérer et coordonner vos interlocuteurs internes et externes, y compris à l'internationnal.
Dans une dynamique de service client, vous savez rechercher des solutions et la performance tout en conservant la maîtrise des enjeux de sécurité, Technique et d'environnement).
Vous savez prioriser et tenir compte des enjeux et contraintes et vous aimez travailler dans un cadre trés réglementé alors embarquez auprès de nos équipes
