You'll learn to :
Manage projects under the supervision of our content designers, applying our in-house methodology Design storyboards, videos, scripts & voice overs Use Articulate StorylineDesign your first learning package(s)
Skills needed for the position :
Planning / Project Management: ability to manage several projects at the same time Problem-solving, solution oriented At ease with change and implementing new ways of working : processes, automation etc… At ease with figures and dashboards Strong collaboration mindset: you will work with a team of Content Designers, with the communication team and with different stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SME), and need to be comfortable connecting and collaborating with others Confidence with technology and agile environments Fluent in English, French is a plus but not mandatory
Knowledge/Skills that would be a (+) :
At ease with a Learning Management System - we are using Cornerstone On Demand but any other LMS knowledge will be helpful Video edition : we are using is Premiere Adobe Pro but experience in any video editor (like IMovie, Final Cut Pro etc.) is relevant Microsoft Excel About us Equativ is the new single name for Smart Adserver, DynAdmic, LiquidM and Nowtilus — four proven innovators in advertising technology.
