The Amadeus Cytric Solutions learning team is looking for its Learning development Internship for The Cytric Campus

Do you value learning? Learning is key for the adoption of our products by customers and our staff members. Our core mission is to support them with their learning needs through varied learning solutions and documentation materials. To do so, our team works with Product Managers, Support Teams, and other Subject Matter Experts to ensure that the learning solutions we provide meet the needs of our customers and our staff members; is in the formats requested; is accurate and is delivered on time.

 The product and functional learning solution we provide could include a blend of:

self-paced learning: e-Learning, videos, simulations, games, etc.instructor-led learning: virtual classroom, classroom, and workshops

By joining the Amadeus Cytric Solutions Learning Services team, you will contribute actively to our core mission.

Start date: January 2024

Contract type: Internship

Duration: 6 months

Study level: University degree or equivalent

Main Activities

As an intern, you will build your skills and knowledge in content management by developing learning solutions. You will participate in the full project cycle from conception to communication about the final product delivery. Finally, you will expand your competencies in some unique design tools.

Some initial projects include:

Manage learning videos from development to publication.Develop media skills to produce video, image, and sound assets where applicable to a learning solution.Ensure a successful launch of e-learning lessons on Amadeus products.Assist in our self-paced learning publication processes and suggest improvements.Support our promotion in our learning solutions to customers, both current and potential.

Requirements

University degree or equivalent with a Content Management focusKeen interest in Learning developmentExcellent written and spoken EnglishDetail oriented & organized.Problem solver & willingness to learn.Experience working with a learning author ware would be very useful (Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, etc.)Experience working with graphical tools would be useful (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Video editing, etc.)Experience working with OneDrive/SharePoint would be usefulTeam player & dynamicCustomer focused and structuredAdapt easily to changesPC knowledge and proficient in the Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and new technologies.
