Au sein de l’équipe Brand & Portfolio Management (BPM), vous contribuez à approfondir la connaissance du marché, des joueur·euses et de leurs attentes afin de guider le développement de nos jeux et la stratégie de croissance de nos marques.

Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

Vous participez à l’analyse du marché et de ses tendances à travers la réalisation de différents formats (études de fond, analyses chiffrées, benchmark de la compétition et de son offre…) ; Vous contribuez à la mise en place et à la bonne réalisation d’études ayant pour but de suivre les évolutions du marché et des audiences ( motivations, habitudes ,  équipements, genres de jeux joués, profils de joueur·euses…) ; Vous accompagnez les équipes opérationnelles dans leurs défis liés à la maitrise de leur champs concurrentiel et la compréhension de leurs cibles ; Vous alimentez différents outils internes permettant un suivi approfondi et stratégique de l’environnement concurrentiel.

Qualifications

Vous êtes joueur·se actif·ve, et suivez de très près le marché des jeux vidéo et son actualité ; Vous suivez une formation en études supérieures avec idéalement une spécialisation en marketing, game design ou statistique, et justifiez d'une première expérience en entreprise ; Vous êtes à l’aise avec les chiffres, possédez de bonnes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse et êtes rigoureux·se et méthodique ; Vous maitrisez Excel et Powerpoint : la connaissance de SPSS est un plus ; Vous êtes team-player, curieux·se et flexible ; Vous avez de bonnes qualités interpersonnelles et êtes à l’aise tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit ; Anglais courant impératif.
