A leading Biotechnology company is looking for insilico researchers for biologics design.
The company develop novel BioAI solutions for applications in the life science industry.
The Computational Protein engineer needs to have experience working with biological proteins: Enzymes, Antibodies, TM Proteins, GPCRS etc.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and deliver advanced research and engineering projects focused on protein design.
- Utilize cutting-edge techniques in structural bioinformatics and machine learning for biologics applications.
- Perform thorough data analysis and statistical modeling to comprehend biological data architecture and address biases in machine learning models.
Requirements:
- Master's or PhD in Structural Bioinformatics, Machine Learning, or related fields.
- Strong background in biochemistry and/or biophysics, with understanding of protein structure-function relationships.
- Hands-on experience with tools, protein datasets, modeling, and visualization tools, along with a track record of scientific publications.
- Tech stack example:
AlphaFold (Structure prediction), Uniprot (bio datasets), Rosetta (Modeling tools), Python, TensorFlow etc.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of proteomics and immunology.
- Proficiency in software engineering (Python, Docker, Linux, Git).
