We are growing We are currently looking to hire a Project Coordinator Intern in our Paris office. The duration of the internship is 6 months.

What you will be doing:

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and will be supporting the Academy Team to deliver projects to a portfolio of premium and luxury brands. The Academy partners are our client’s Retail Excellence / Retail Performance teams, and we work with them on different projects, example, conducting Retail store health audits, crafting Signature Experience and design training and assessment programs to measure their impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Analysis: Retail audit data crunch, data analysis and visual representation
  • Coordinate with internal and external insight sources: connect the dots and turn data into strategic insights
  • Project Management: project planning, timelines, budget allocations, preparing impactful PPT presentations.
  • Retail Training Support: Contribute to the ideation and implementation of Retail Excellence trainings / workshops, from brief, to proposal and program facilitation design.
  • Contribution to different benchmarks (ex: learning tools, training topic trends,…).

Requirements

What you will bring along:

This role requires interest in retail/luxury industry. You also need to have the below:

  • M2 student at a renowned Business school– Program “Grande Ecole” or Luxury management.
  • Retail experience as a sales advisor or within a training department in a premium / luxury house will be appreciated (With a first working experience (6 months internship), ideally in the luxury sector.
  • Knowledge about the various stakeholders, key players and market trends within Luxury, particularly Luxury Retail.

Required skills

  • Strong analytical project co-ordination profile.
  • Ability to create visual and impactful presentations (PowerPoint).
  • Client service orientation.
  • Ability to interact with a wide variety of functions.
  • Easily consolidate and summarize information from varied sources.
  • Languages: Excellent English written and oral communication skills, conversational French (C1).
  • Open-minded and curious mindset.
  • Interested in the worlds of consulting, training, luxury, and retail.
