Paris School of Economics est un centre de recherche et de formation en économie reconnu comme un pôle d’excellence d’envergure internationale. Elle mène ses programmes en partenariat avec des acteurs prestigieux du monde académique français et des partenaires privés.
PSE est une structure jeune et en forte croissance. Elle dispose d’un budget annuel de 17 millions d’euros et rassemble une communauté de près de 150 chercheurs, 155 doctorants, 100 salariés recrutés dans le cadre de projets de recherche et 35 personnels support.
L’assistant de direction soutient l’activité de l’équipe de direction de PSE (directeur, directeur de la recherche, directeur de la formation, directeur de la communication, secrétaire général) et de sa Présidence ainsi que de ses différents comités, commissions et conseils.
Poste
Vous aurez pour missions principales de/d’ :
Organiser et documenter les réunions, rendez-vous et déplacements et gérer les agendas des directeurs ; Etablir les comptes-rendus et procès-verbaux des différents comités, commissions et conseils, en assurer la diffusion et l’archivage ; Gérer les courriers de la direction ; Assurer l’accueil téléphonique et physique de la direction et de la présidence, filtrer et orienter les appels ; Gérer de nombreuses relations avec des interlocuteurs variés : ministères, partenaires français et étrangers, publics et privés, externes et internes ; Assister les directeurs sur des dossiers spécifiques selon les besoins de la présidence ou de la direction, notamment pour l’organisation d’événements internes ou externes ; Participer activement à la communication interne.Vous serez intégré(e) à une équipe agile et dynamique, pleinement engagée dans le développement et le rayonnement de l’institution et vous travaillerez en relation avec toutes les composantes de PSE.
Profil
Titulaire d’un BTS de secrétariat ou assistanat de direction ou l’équivalent, vous justifiez d’au moins deux ans sur un poste similaire.
Vous disposez d’un excellent niveau de français et d’anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral, de bonnes qualités rédactionnelles et d’une excellente orthographe. Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques et si possible des outils de travail collaboratif.
Vous faites preuve de réactivité et d’une parfaite discrétion et sens de la confidentialité. Vous êtes doué d’un grand sens du service et d’un excellent relationnel. Très organisé, vous avez une bonne capacité à travailler en équipe et savez gérer les urgences ; vous avez le goût du travail bien fait et vous souhaitez vous investir dans un projet ambitieux et exigeant.
