Senior Sustainability and Energy Analyst – Sustainable Design
Longevity Partners est un cabinet de conseil multidisciplinaire spécialisé en énergie et développement durable. Créé en 2015 pour accompagner la transition vers une économie à faible émission de carbone au Royaume-Uni, en Europe et dans le monde entier, nous sommes depuis devenus un cabinet de conseil de premier plan, avec des bureaux à Londres, Paris, Amsterdam, Munich, Tokyo, New York, Austin, Seattle et Miami.

Longevity Partners assiste ses clients avec des portefeuilles européens et mondiaux avec des services allant de la définition de la stratégie ESG, l’assistance et le conseil en matière de reporting international, la certification de bâtiments verts et la mise en œuvre de la réduction de carbone à grande échelle.
Longevity Partners est un cabinet dynamique, composé d’équipes jeunes et innovantes aux profils divers. Dans le cadre de son développement, Longevity Partners recherche un(e) Analyste Senior en Énergie et Développement durable, basé(e) à Paris pour déployer ses activités en France, en Belgique et au Luxembourg.
La mission proposée
Au sein de Longevity Partners, vous soutiendrez les directeurs de missions dans leurs activités. Vous interviendrez, en particulier pour :
Mener des études (calculs d’empreinte carbone, Analyse Cycle de Vie, bilan énergétique etc.), Mener des projets de certification (BREEAM, HQE, WELL, CARBONE) Participer à la vieille technique en agence. Le profil en quelques mots
Pré-requis obligatoire : Formation d’ingénieur, avec un intérêt pour les problématiques liées au développement durable affirmé (ingénieur généraliste, ingénieur spécialisation énergie/bâtiment, Bachelor ou Mastère en Environnement, Ingénierie thermicien).
Expérience professionnelle de 3 ans minimum en entreprise, bureau d’étude ou cabinet de conseil sur des thématiques de management de l’énergie et/ou d’audit, projet bas carbone. Expérience en conduite de projets et relation client de 1 an minimum souhaité.
Compétences attendues :
Tout autre profil peut être étudié si le candidat justifie d’une expertise acquise lors de ses expériences professionnelles.
Compétences appréciées en complément :
Premières expériences en BREEAM In Use et/ou BREEAM New Construction, HQE, WELL Expérience en rédaction de cahiers des charges vers les fournisseurs et analyse d’offres, Maîtrise d’une langue étrangère.

Vous êtes organisé(e) avec un réel sens de l’analyse et une capacité à prendre des responsabilités, Vous êtes à l’aise pour la communication tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral, avec un sens du service client, Votre ouverture d’esprit sera un atout pour appréhender des sujets complexes en perpétuelle évolution, Vous avez un intérêt particulier pour les domaines du développement durable, de la construction ou de et/ou de l’immobilier d’entreprise.Informations pratiques
Le poste est un CDI, temps plein, basé à Paris. La rémunération est à définir suivant le profil.
Des déplacements en France, éventuellement dans d’autres pays de l’Union Européenne sont à prévoir.
Le poste a la capacité d’évoluer à moyen-terme vers un poste Analyste Senior avec une composante de management.
