The role of our Commercial Business Division is to be the voice of the customer based on a strong customer centric approach. By listening and deeply understand our customer needs, we provide them with a large range of advanced and customized solutions helping at meeting their needs while also contributing at reducing their carbon footprint.

Missions :

As Equipment Sales Manager you will :

Analyze and manage customer tender requirements for all equipment scope (excluding furnaces and modules) Specifically for non-proprietary packages such as the purification of hydrogen, biogas and tools related to digitalization, be pro-active by proposing a commercial strategy in response to these calls for tender (selectivity of business, execution plan, etc.) in connection with his hierarchy and the technology & execution teams. Coordinate the various actors (Legal Division, Technology Product Lines, Sales Operations) necessary for the construction of the technical and commercial offer on the cases for which he is responsible Prepare, clarify and defend commercial proposals Negotiate contracts in liaison with the “Legal Division” Ensure the commercial follow-up of the business for which the Equipment Sales Manager is responsible: balance sheets, reporting, sales forecasts, change orders, updating of CRM information systems Participate in the construction of the commercial strategy of the offer with the Regional Sales Managers, and more widely the parties involved in offer preparation.

Knowledge and Required Level :

You will be able to demonstrate proven expertise in the sale or project management of equipment with a strong technical component in a competitive and international environment. You demonstrate an appetite for customer relations and commercial activities and negotiations. You have a good knowledge of the different actors (End-Users, EPCs, consulting firms, fabricators..) and have an excellent level of English.

You have very good interpersonal contact as well as a strength of conviction and negotiation skills. You have a strong customer centric mindset : you are excellent at listening and understanding your clients and you have the capacity to investigate expressed and non-expressed needs of your client to co-create offers  You have the experience in handling complex sales in an international environment. You are able to deal with a broad portfolio and with different sales dynamics  You are able to quickly qualify whether an opportunity is of interest or not You have excellent relational skills and present well, which helps you manage day-to-day relations with our clients You like to use tools that contribute to the follow up of the commercial activity You have strong abilities in negotiation You are known for your ability to work in a team and share information You are open-minded and enjoy contact with other cultures in general, given the international scope of the job.

This position involves some travels (approx. 20% of times).
