Au sein du site de Villeurbanne de plus de 800 collaborateurs, au sein du centre de développement spécialisé dans la conception et la fabrication de systèmes électroniques sol et bord (contrôle et monitoring, signalisation), nous développons les nouvelles solutions intelligentes permettant l’exploitation des réseaux de transports ferroviaires.

Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Qualité Sécurité Projet
pour notre site localisé à Villeurbanne dans le cadre d'un C.D.I
au sein de notre ligne de produit « Digital & Integrated System » (D&IS France)
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Qualité Projets et Fournisseurs du site de Villeurbanne.
A ce titre, vos activités principales sont les suivantes :
- Vous êtes garant(e) de la gestion qualité et de l’évaluation interne de sécurité pendant toute la vie du Projet jusqu’à la phase de sortie de garantie,
- Vous vous assurez de l’adéquation entre la satisfaction client et les objectifs Qualité-Coût- Délais,
- Vous jouez le rôle d’’interface Qualité avec le client et l’équipe Projets,
- Vous définissez et maintenez à jour les plans Qualité Projet tout en assurant leur déploiement,
- Vous réalisez les évaluations objectives de l’implémentation des processus projet,
- Vous remontez les alertes qualité et sécurité,
- Vous gérez les non-conformités liées aux projets et animez la résolution des problèmes (internes et externes),
- Vous agissez en support du/de la Chef de Projet pour la définition et la réalisation du programme de jalons projet dit « Development For Quality – Gate Reviews »,
- Vous organisez et menez les revues de sécurité,
- Vous préparez l’autorisation interne de sécurité en vue des mises en service,
- Vous êtes l’interface avec le réseau qualité intra site et/ou inter sites.
- Vous contribuez à l’amélioration continue du site via le retour d’expérience projet et via des audits de processus.
PROFIL RECHERCHE
- Diplômé(e) de formation supérieure de niveau Bac+5 d’Ingénierie Technique Généraliste (Ecole d’Ingénieur ou Université),
- Vous disposez d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 5 ans en méthodologie Qualité Projet idéalement dans un contexte d’ingénierie systèmes,
- Vos connaissance des exigences des différentes phases d’un projet (spécifications, conception, validation), des processus transverses fondamentaux et de leur utilité (gestion de configuration, gestion des exigences, gestion documentaire) et votre maîtrise des référentiels (ISO 9001:2015, CMMI v1.3) et des outils qualité (5 Pourquoi, Ishikawa, 8D …) constituent de réels atouts pour ce poste,
- Vous avez déjà mené des audits Qualité internes et/ou externes,
- Vous disposez idéalement des connaissances du secteur ferroviaire,
- Vous avez une démarche très opérationnelle et avez le goût du terrain,
- L’autonomie, la rigueur, des qualités de leadership et rédactionnelles, une bonne communication et l’aisance relationnelle, une capacité à dire non et un esprit d’équipe sont attendus pour ce poste,
- Votre anglais technique est courant.
