Description du poste Vos missions en tant que Product Manager - (H/F) en alternance : - Recueillir et qualifier les besoins métiers; contribuer ou mener les études préalables. - Définir la composition de l'équipe et la gouvernance projet; rédiger et suivre la documentation projet et les dossiers d'engagement. - Piloter et animer l'exécution du Projet, chantier, Scrum ou plan d'actions. - Mettre à jour, consolider et publier le reporting du projet (budget, planning, avancement, risques). - Suivre l'avancement des chantiers, coordonner les interactions entre les chantiers, et orienter les sujets d'études. Poste basé à Fontenay Sous Bois (Île-de-France). Travail en hybride. Rythme d’alternance et présence en entreprise Du lundi au vendredi Périodes de travail de 8 heures Repos le week-end Travail en journée En entreprise : 4 jours par semaine (jours au choix) avec présence réduite à 3 jours 1 à 2 fois par mois En formation: 1 jour par semaine + 1 jour supplémentaire 1 à 2 fois par mois Attention Cette offre ne s’adresse qu’aux candidats à l’alternance qui effectuent leur formation avec OpenClassrooms. Seules les candidatures répondant à ces critères seront étudiées. Profil recherché Profil recherché : - Tu prépares un Master en gestion de projets - Tu maîtrises la gestion de projet et sais travailler en mode agile et en cycle en V - Tu es à l'aise avec le pack Office. - Tu sais animer et convaincre. - Tu es autonome, créatif et sociable. - Tu apprécies le travail en équipe.
