Les missions :
Conformité Admin & RH
- Assurer une intégration optimale des nouveaux arrivants : communication de toute information pertinente sur nos systèmes RH, configuration informatique, bureau et responsables.
- Formaliser les éléments contractuels tout au long du parcours des employés (contrats de travail, avenants, certificats).
- Gérer les informations et les tâches RH et les mettre à jour chaque fois que nécessaire.
- Gérer les demandes légales (obtention de permis de travail, renouvellements, demande de numéro de sécurité sociale).
- Assister dans les exigences de conformité RH au Royaume-Uni, aux États-Unis et en France, y compris le droit du travail et les réglementations.
- Coordonner l'administration des avantages sociaux des employés, y compris les inscriptions, les modifications et les demandes.
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes des RH concernant les demandes des employés pour assurer des réponses rapides et efficaces.
- Suivre la médecine du travail, les déclarations obligatoires et les enquêtes.
- Gérer les politiques de congés, les vacances/PTO, les congés maladie, les jours fériés et autres types de congés des employés.
- Coordonner avec les fournisseurs externes pour offrir des services à nos employés.
- Assurer la conformité légale et réduire les risques de l'entreprise en ayant une compréhension de base des lois du travail pertinentes (en particulier en France, au Royaume-Uni et aux États-Unis).
- Maintenir les manuels des employés.
- Réaliser des audits pour garantir la conformité à toutes les réglementations locales.
Paie
- Préparer et traiter la paie pour les employés au Royaume-Uni, aux États-Unis et en France.
- Mettre à jour quotidiennement les matrices pertinentes.
- Fournir les informations nécessaires à temps à nos prestataires et à l'équipe
- Finance pour assurer le paiement ponctuel de nos employés.
- Participer aux validations croisées.
- Mener des initiatives d'optimisation des processus (automatisation, évaluation des prestataires, etc.)
Relations avec les employés
- Aider à résoudre les problèmes de relations avec les employés, y compris les différends, les griefs et les actions disciplinaires.
Travail d'équipe
- Établir des partenariats étroits et mener des projets transversaux avec de nombreuses équipes diverses telles que l'acquisition de talents, la gestion de bureau et les finances.
Profil candidat:
- Une expérience de People ops sur plusieurs pays (France, Uk et US dans l'idéal)
- Un bon niveau d'anglais
- Enthousiasme, dynamisme, très bonne communication
