Context European Sakata Holding (ESH) is an entity in charge of the governance, establishing global services and key projects management for Sakata’s activities in vegetables and ornamental seeds, in Europe, middle East and Africa (EMEA). With our wide array of vegetable and ornamentals seeds, we want to create a confidence-based relationship with our customers, working to our age-old motto of Quality, Reliability and Service.
As a member of the EMEA IT Team, you will join a team of 10 peoples spread into Support
Management, Security & Infrastructure, and Application/Solution Management. You will refer to the solution management team as a project manager.
Reporting to the EMEA IT Program Manager, your main missions will be to plan, support and deliver IT projects (mobile applications, ERP adaptation, BI project, modern developments….), as well as collaborating to bring support for the existing business solutions.

- Helping the key users of IT solutions on their evolution requests (follow-up and testing)
- Ensuring the backup of other Business Project leaders
- Providing level 2 IT solution’s support to EMEA IT service Desk
- projects as well as an expertise in business process reengineering to identify and implement
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an IT project manager, preferably in a consulting or serviceoriented environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex and large-scale IT
Strong knowledge and experience in business process reengineering, including process
Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Prince 2 is a plus.
- ERP Business Central Knowledge is a plus
- Microsoft Power Platform Knowledge is a plus
